This generator produces a Russian INN (Individual Taxpayer Number) with correctly computed check digit(s) — either the single check digit used for 10-digit organisation INNs, or the two check digits used for 12-digit individual INNs.

Russia INN Generator — Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the 10-digit and 12-digit forms?
10 digits are issued to organisations (legal entities); 12 digits are issued to individuals and sole proprietors. They use different weighted-checksum formulas, and individual INNs need two chained check digits instead of one.
Is this a real INN?
No. All base digits are randomly generated, with only the check digit(s) computed to satisfy the checksum, so the result is not assigned to any real person or organisation by Russia's Federal Tax Service.
Why does the individual (12-digit) form need two check digits?
The 11th digit is computed from the first 10 using one set of weights, and the 12th digit is computed from the first 10 PLUS the just-computed 11th digit, using a second set of weights. Both need to be correct and consistent with each other.
